Allowing workgroup access to domain files outside DMZ

I have a software installation that is set as this.

Workgroup server outside the domain is hosing a .Net application and needs to access Foxpro data located on a domain server using a Data 'service'.

The problem is authentication and bieng able to access the domain server. How can I create a user account that can run a service on the workgroup server that accesses the domain server?

THank you in advance for any information you can provide.
