Allowing users to change their own properties

Is there a way to allow users to change some of there own properties like there phone #, Office, ect... I was told by someone long ago that they had a web site that would show their properties and allow them to change some of the items.

Has anyone done this, or can point me in the right direction?

With Exchange 5.5 there is a tool called GALMOD32.exe that came with the BackOffice Resource kit this will allow users to change their properties, there are two versions one allows modification of the custom attributes and the other does not.

I suspect that the 2000 version has a similar tool.
