Hi,

Is it possible to give users who are not admins or power users on their machines access to add printers?
Thanks.

I do know that there is a GPO that's something like "Do not allow users to install printers". Maybe try setting it to disable?

Otherwise it's going to be platform specifc. I know printer installation is allowed on Vista for non-admins, but not sure if a local GPO / Security setting can override the WinXP issue.

Thanks Steve, the clients in question are on Windows XP.
