For a room of training computers, I have disallowed access to the Control Panel for typical users. However, sometimes, it's advantageous to be able to edit the printing preferences of the installed printer from landscape to portrait, depending on the courses the students are doing.

Is there a way of allowing access to the installed printers, including changing the default printing settings without allowing the whole control panel? If there is a command I can run in Start->Run instead, that would also be adequate.
