This is perhaps a general router security question...not necessarily Cisco brand specific... how do I restrict access to our web site to only allow users with IP addresses that are based in the U.S.?

create access list in the router and permit the range that is specified eg
access-list 10 permit 192.168.0.0 0.0.0.255

ask George W Bush..he's only allowing US ip addresses..the rest of the world isn't allowed to view his site..

You 'just' need to find out the ip addresses used in the US and permit them with an ACL and apply to your outside interface inbound.

I don't believe this is really going to be very easy to do , using an ACL isn't the answer , the ACL will have hundreds of lines if you can even find out what addresses are only in the US .
