We've been working with Feature Release 2 for XPe and were keen on deploying the management console to non-admin users. When the users attempted to shadow sessions a DOS screen would briefly appear saying "Session ID <number> not found" and the shadowing would fail.

Having posted the question on the Citrix forum the response was a bit pants really. Since then we've found that if we grant the user right to "Act as part of the Operating system" in the local policy then it works fine (Win 2k).

At this stage we've granted the user group full access on the ICA connection as we're short on time to refine these permissions further.

Hope this helps & any refinement on the connection security would be welcome. G:)
