When a trunk 802.1Q is created it is possible to remove the management VLAN (ID 1, in my case) from the allowed VLAN list? I've tried to do this through the web management console and never managed to get VLAN 1 out of the allowed VLAN list. It has to do with the fact of being the management VLAN?

Thanks.

VLAN 1 is what carries the VTP information that the switch needs for trunking and other things. Hence you can not delete it. Without it you could not pass vlan information between the switches, or trunk.. or..or..

Well there is a solution to this.
You can give the management in a other VLAN

e.g.
on an 1924:

ip mgmt-vlan 8
