I have put in the allowed number list with entry's. Previously all long distance was restricted. As i know it to be this list should override all restrictions. Free prefixes (800,801,888) are allowed now, but any area code outside of local is still restricted. I need to know why this is so if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.THANKS

Any call that starts with "1" is restricted with toll restriction.

Change #401 back to No Restriction

Create DISALLOW List No. 1, Entry No. 1, with data of 1

Create ALLOW List No. 1,
Entry 1 is 1800
Entry 2 is 1888
Entry 3 is 1877

Now assign the Disallow and Allow lists to the extension.

No affect when dialing local calls, but when they dial 1, it starts looking at the following digits. If they don't match an entry in the allow list, the call is denied.
