allow users to reset pwds

what software are people using to allow users to reset their own pwd's

ie if they forget it then they can do a self reset
i mean a gina mod one not just a web site one

Citrix provide a solution (Citrix Password Manager funnily enough), and it is an msgina mod. Doubt it'll be cheap though.
