Allow user to send email to one domain only

Hello all,

Just like to put this passed you guys. I have a user configured on Exchange 2003 , but I would like to allow this user to only be allowed to send email to one domain name ie. she can only send to example.com I have GFI Mail Security and GFI Mail Essentials.
