Allow User to Resize Row of Data Repeater Control

I cannot find a way to allow the user to change the height of a row at run time for the data repeater control. I can put a button and change it that way, but allowing the user to drag the bottom of the row seems like it should be possible. I have the data repeater layout style set as vertical. Am I missing something obvious?
