Allow LSASS

We have 6 computers with Cisco Security Agents V4.5 and CiscoWorks management center to manage the Agents. I noticed that Cisco Agent does not allow c:\windows\systems32\lsass.exe to run thus creating the logon/logoff issues. Which rule module do i need to modify to allow LSASS.EXE? I created a new rule, but it is not working the way I intended it to.
