allow long distance with access codes?

I have a quick question that someone might be able to help me with!
I have a Partner ACS 8.0 with 10-18D sets.
I have succesfully installed and programed all the features that we need, but one thing evades me.
I have 1 allow list, 1 disalowed list. both assigned to the sets correctly. I have been able to block long distance and only allow local and 911 calls to the phones only.
My question is; is there a feature in the Partner that I can use to allow some users long distance access by using access codes.

Put a System Password in #403, the users will press Hold and dial the code before lifting the handset, to be allowed to override restrictions on the next call.

If you use Night Service, you need the same code to toggle NS.
