hello....
in Tools/startup.. options i deselected Allow Full Menus....now, how can i select again??????sorry....

Exit out of the database. When you re-open the database, hold down 'shift'. This will override the startup options. You can then go into 'Tools' 'Startup...' fix any changes you made.

It happened to me too one time. I think that you go to to view then go to toolbars and select customize, and put back what you took off. Or else just reselect what you deselected in the startup. But if that doesn't work try the toolbar thing. let me know if you got it, because I agree it is not good when you don't mean it. "The greatest risk, is not taking one."

mdillon has a better way. didn't know that, that's cool "The greatest risk, is not taking one."
