How can I setup a list of email subscriptions that we want to ALLOW without being stopped under our spam policy?

At the moment I have to release a lot of genuine emails that users have subscribed to. I dont want to change the policy as it stops a lot of spam and is quite effective.

Set up an address list containing the addresses of legitimate senders. Then set up a new folder in your incoming scenarios folder.

While setting up this folder you will be asked to select a route. For sender, pick the address list that you just created. For recipient, enter the recipients or *@yourdomain.

This folder will contain all the text analysers, virus scanners, file blockers etc that you run on incoming mail. Disable whichever scenarios you do not wish to apply to mail on the address list you created.

Start and stop the delivery, receiver and security services.

I think this should do the trick. Haven't set up something like this in a while so I hope I haven't skipped any steps.

Good luck,
Mia
