I have a BCM that is connected to our remote office with a PRI connection.

All the extensions at the remote office at 7xx

I would like to be able to dial those remote ext from the callpilot auto attendant but get "that is not a valid ext" when I try to dial the remote extensions.

I setup a route for 7 to use the PRI to the remote office and can call the extension from the BCM phones, just not through callpilot.

Thanks.

The only way the from AA is via MCDN and private network. If you do that and set up a CDP it will let you dial them as extensions.

Can you provide a little more detail, how do I setup an MCDN and CDP?

Thanks.

Not sure if your wanting to do Centralized, if not it still explains the MCDN set up to the other side.

Remote site is not BCM. It's just an Asterisk server.

Did you program target lines to each set?

do you have the MCDN keycode for your BCM? If so try building a CDP in the dialing plan just mark it as private.
