My case is:

My company ABC is using ABC.com.
Then there is another company EFG move in to ABC and need to share the exchange server as a post office to send and receive emails by their domain EFG.com. Company EFG is hosted in somewhere else and they use outlook express and pop3 protocol to receive email.

My question is:

How can I configure the exchange server to let company EFG to send and receive emails of EFG.com?
