Allow access to only c:\Temp

Working on implementing this in a lab..How can I grant access to ONLY the C:\Temp dir....I want to deny access to all other folders on the Root .."c"...and in so doing, hide all folders except the C:\Temp.

That makes the server a hard drive only....

If you remove read only access to system files the user cannot use the OS.
