allow access to a website on a different port

Hello,

I have ISA server set up as my proxy server and I am allowing only http and https out.

I have a user that needs to access a website on an odd port


the port range will be 21457 to 21559

Can someone describe the process I need to do to create a rule to allow this traffic

thanks!
