Hi,
I have a Meridian 1 Option 11 system and all 411 calls are restricted right now, but I want to allow some extensions to make these calls. How can I do that? I am totally new to the PBX administration. If someone can help me out with a detaild instructions, will really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Since you are new to the PBX world, you have to go into your NCOS (network class of service) and check what your parameter settings are. You can check this in your NTP books.

There is a lot we need to know to walk you through this. To try to make it as simple as possible:
1. Can those users that are allowed long distance or international calls be the same that use 411? If yes what is their NCOS?
2. tell us about you trunk routes. Do you have a seperate route for long distance and international - or does both also go over same route as local calls?
3. what route number is used for local calls

post back and we will help you set this up.
