Hi..
I have a 160 samsung drive. i formatted the OS partition as default NTFS. I want to setup my other partition (which will contain big data chunks 300mb--800mb). Is it safe to have one partition allocation size different then the other. What would you suggest i set for my cluster size?
thanks

From memory I recall you have these options to chose from 4k 16k 32k 64k 128k 256k 512k 1M 2M.

You can define a different format, data chunk size etc for a separate partition. As you state that your data is on the large size, the larger chunk size would be preferrable.

Hope this helps
