A three part questions I have regarding an iMac with 128 ram, using Outlook Express to send and receive very large graphic files and experiencing many freezes:
1. How much memory can one allocate to a program? What is the limit to what one can add?
2. Is there any way to speed up the receiving and transmittion of very large, e.g. over 1 MB, graphic files?
3. Is it possible to export folders of received mail and would that make a difference in performance. The client has saved hudnreds of messages some with large attachments.
Many thanks for any ideas.
