ALLIED Telesis Remote HiPath 4000 V6

Dear All,
I need to ask question regarding Allied Telesis Router which used to remote hipath 4000 v6, I'm used the below article for the configuration

after make all this configure regarding case 2 for ATLANTIC Port (192.0.2.3) and connect the ETH0 of Allied and ATLATNTIC Port of the HiPath 4000 V6 to Ethernet switch and connect ISDN from PSTN to the card BRI of the Router (ALLIED)
and from my pc connect an PSTN line to My Modem Card and make connection by comwin but not success,

can any one help me with step by step for successful configuration.
