All Zone paging

Hello once again.
I'm trying to setup "All Zone Paging" on my 2000IVS. I've ensured that paging is allowed for the class of service and that there are some primeline extensions listed in the group. When I try to setup an access code in command 200, this is what I see in Matworx - "Access Code could not be registered". (It does not work in MOC mode either).
Any ideas?

The access code you are using is already in use. delete or add digits to your code. give complete syntax and results when trying in MOC mode.
