'ALL Values' in Prompt

Hi,

How can i display list of values or attribute elements along with a pseudo value like 'ALL Values' so that user has choice of picking up either a definite element or this pseudo value.

I don't know of any way to do that easily but if you don't pick any values you are essentially selecting all.
