All users not showing up in Calendar 1

Hi everyone.

I have a problem in GoldMine that is only affecting some undocked users. I'm not all that familiar with GoldMine so I'll try and describe what's happening.

If I click "Calendar" there is a drop down box in the top left of the window called Users. One some clients there is not a full list of GoldMine users in this list. On other clients there is a full list.

How is this list generated and how can I get the full list to appear for the clients that cannot see them all?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen this at other clients, and it usually points to a corrupt user list. One way that I have resolved it is to make a change in the users that are not showing up. Go to FILE-CONFIGURE-USER SETTINGS. Open up one of the users that is not syncing and make a change (ie...add or take away a menu item, or change their user full name), then try to sync and see if it pulls it through. Another thing to try is deleting the bad user and recreating it with the exact same Username. Also you should pack and rebuild your Users file if you are using dbase. Hope this helps.
