Hi
IPO 412, 3.1(48)
The problem is, that ALL users (including Nouser, and RemoteManager) are agents (as reported by delta server) and are logged in always. We should only have 25 agents, but all the default extensions use agent licenses too, so there are a few problems with CCView displaying all the normal agents =)

I tried deleting all the users, and recreating them but it doesn't help. Even if I create a totally new user, it automatically becomes an agent type.

I don't want to do an upgrade until there really is nothing to do...
Please help!

Upgrade to the latest builds and try again
IPO to 3.1.65 and DeltaServer to 5.0.33

Do you have forced log in checked for everyone even those you don't want to be tracked as agents?

Forced login is turned on only for the real agents.
I tried turning on forced login, and setting idle time for low to kick out other users, but it does not help.

But as I knowm turning on forced login is what takes up an agent license (along with the login code)

In Delta Server under message control, is All Agents checked?

wimico... You are a KING! That solved it!
Thank you soooo much!

Can you please just explain how does that option work exactly?

It is a shame, that Avaya didn't make a proper documentation for Delta Server...

Avaya hasn't made proper documentation for anything on the IP Office.
