All tapes being mixed up

Guys,

One question.

If i happened to mixed up some tapes with no barcode or any label at all.
How am i going to know that the data in this media tape contained ServerA 'C:' drive data or 'D:' drive data????

In NBU, Is there any way to list down something like... 'c:\test' folder is in media tape MON001 and the date being backup as well

I been figuring this for sometime....
