all tables showing content except one

the page is setup with one table with 3 layout cells (one of which contains 18cells and is on the bottom of the page) the cell on the top left views coreectly but the main (top right) layout cell is not viewing anything when previewed in a browser. but when in DW all looks great, its not until I preview it nothing shows up in the top right cell. Everything in the left and bottom cells all show the content that they r supposed to.
im at work, so i cant post code til i get home, sorry.

for some weird reason it works if scrap the exisitng the page and start a freshy. must be some bug or something confusing and frustrating though.
