you can have ten groups but only three phones in a group at any one time. stations 11, 12, 13 are in the first group,14,15,16 in the second group and so on. you can change the stations in the groups but only three stations to a group. Hope this helps

at control unit slide switch to admin, at intercom 10 slide t/p switch to p dial #01. Dial *70 to administer group 1. Touch auto intercom for phones youo want in group or try dialing intercom number. After your finished programming I believe you touch intercom and dial 70 for group 1 and so on. Hope this works.
