All skillset agenets were just logged out

Hi all,

I'm looking for some assistance in explaining why all of my skillsets' agents were logged out. Within Call Pilot Manager I saw this in the log:

Does this tell anyone anything or is there another log that could provide better answers?

Looks to me that "-------------- CallPilot BOOTED ------------". Check alarms, you'll see if it was just voicemail that went down. Also in bcm monitor you'll see last reboot time, check this isnt coinciding with agents logging out, which means the entire bcm went down.
