I guess it depends which version of VS you are using but a quick google on "Visual Studio Shortcut Keys" turned up:

When you first install VS.NET, it asks you which set of keyboard shortcuts to use (VS6, VB6, VS.NET, etc).

Also - the keyboard shortcuts can be customized to whatever you like.
[tt]Tools | Customize | Keyboard...[/tt]

So any keyboard shortcut chart you find on the internet may not apply to your installation.
