All settings reset when log out and come back

After a power failure on our Exchange 2k server a couple years ago, everytime we log into the server, all desktop settings are reset...

IE comes up with defaults
No printers are defined

Is this a terminal services setting? I'm logging in as net admin. W2K server.

Finally had enough!

Does it only happen on this particular box? Have you tried logging in with a different account to determine if the user profile is corrupt?

Yes only this particular box. Only admin has remote login rights, so don't have to option to try remotely. Should I remove the account and recreate it? Will that create any problems with Exchange?
