Hello...

I am running a macro to preview 4 reports. The macro starts with a "Maxamise" then 4 "Openreports". Each report then opens in its own window. Is there anyway that the reports can launch into just 1 window so the Record Selectors can be used to scan through them?

Thanks in advance.

John

How about placing all 4 reports as subreports in one common parent report?

There's VBA code to "wait" until a report closes, so you could run code to:

OpenReport
Wait
OpenReport
Wait
OpenReport
Wait
OpenReport
Wait

This would do what you need. I don't have the code on me but please search using the link below and you'll find what you're looking for. Off of the top of my head it's something involving SysCmd()...

If you're not willing to take the VBA route, then: no, there's no way, period.
