All Posts Show as Administrator

For some reason, regardless of who creates or edits a post or list or anything in our Sharepoint shows up as being done by the Administrator.

It didnt used to be this way so I am not sure what changed.

Any ideas on how I change it so that the posts show from the user who made it instead of Administrator?
