All phone user ringing 1

I need to control how the phones ring. At the current time all phones ring.

I have 4 incoming POTS line and each is id as Incoming Group 0
Each of the user has has Button Appearance set as for Lines 1, 2, 3 and 4
Incoming call route 0 has listed only the 5 user extensions I want to ring but ALL of the 9 the extensions ring when the phone call is coming in.

Any ideas how to control that all of the phone extensions don't ring? Thank you in advance.

Don't use Line Appearance buttons, use Call Appearance.

Set the line appearance on the phones you don't want to ring to " no ring"

But as Janni78 has stated do use line appearance..make all incoming ICR to ring a hunt group instead

With your suggestion (thank you) I set up user rights and control the incoming phone lines ringing but it seems some of the extensions is not getting the update user rights. I have "merged" "immediate" from Office IP and still no success in getting the updated user rights. Any suggestions? Thank you.
