I am using cr 10

I want to create a parameter thet lets you enter a code (as the selection criteria) to bring up a letter >The code is in the Group GH1. But I also may want to print ALL letters for all codes. What is best method to do this please. So it will be ALL or just one code

Add "ALL" as a parameter option and then use a record selection formula like this:

(
(
{?Parameter} <> "ALL" and
{table.code} = {?Parameter}
) or
{?Parameter = "ALL"
)

-LB

When you say parameter option can you clarify please. do you mean default option? the list of counterpartys is allways being changed so I dont use default values generally

Thanks, just want to be sure
