All new forms are coming up blank

I have a rather large database with 4 back ends and about 60 forms and subforms.
All were previously working fine

I'm not sure if I pressed a button randomly or if something else has caused this but now everytime I design a new form it is blank, even when I know the relationships are right and there is data there.

I'm now forced to make the forms in the back end and import them to the front end to get them to work

I have also encounted 2 issues (all posted individually with no answers or resolutions on this board). whereby something that in everyway SHOULD work, doesn't (all links between forms / subforms).

Any thought on this?

I have compacted and repaired.
All relationships were imported
Access 2003

If you have ideas please let me know. This represents months of work and it would be nice if I could get it back to working again.

Have you tried creating a new blank FE database and importing all the forms, queries, and modules into the new database?.

How am I?, frustraited! lol

copying to a new front end didn't work, infact it appears to have created new problems.

I tried the easy option (jet compile application) did nothing, so onto the complicated options...

I have goough another route to get to one of the problem tables and it works fine.

Thus I am not certain that this is a corrupted database, importing all database objects did not highlight any corruptions either.
However al new forms are coming up with no data on it, what else could cause this, any thoughts?
