whenever i get the message "ALL NETWORK PORTS IN USE" my users can not log into the Unix Sever (SCO 5), i have to restart the Sever to allow users to be able to login again, this is most inconveniencing to the users, is there another way arround this problem , without me haveing to restart the Server

Sounds like your users are clogging up your pseudo ttys, probably because they aren't disconnecting properly- they proabably are just closing their Windows telnet by clicking the X in the corner, thus leaving the tty tied up.

You can increase pseudo ttys, train your users not to do that, buy terminal emulators that won't let them do that or keep rebooting.
