All M7310 phones flashing, power cycle doesn't help !

Using a CICS 4.0 with M7310 phones. All phones flash and won't reset even when we power down the phone system and power it back up. We are being told that we need a new system. This one isn't two years old yet. What have you seen like this?

Could be a corrupt software card.

You couyld also try pulling and reseating cards. Sometimes this works miracles.
