Ok I'm thinking about setting up a wirless network in my business for cutomers to use free of charge. My concern is that I have an up stairs and down stairs so I will need 2 Access points. Will there be any problem running 2 Linksys WAP11 Access points connected to one switch? The Setup I was thinking is as follows. DSL Modem -> Linksys Router/Firewall (BEFSX41) -> Linksys 8-port switch (EZXS88W) -> With two Linksys WAP11 Access poings plugged into the 8-port switch. I will also have my 3 office PC's plugged into the 8-port switch. So my concern is will the Linksys firewall/router's DHCP server supply both of the Access Points with IP's with no problems?

Give the AP's static IPs that do not conflict with your DHCP zone. 192.168.1.2, 192.168.1.3 for example. Disable DHCP on the APs themselves; set to do DHCP from the Ethernet side.

The router can supply the IP addresses of the access points if you will them to Obtain an IP automatically. If not, they will have the default ip of 192.168.1.251 (WAP11)..so you have to change the IP address of the second one. No two devices should have the same ip address in one networ. :)
