All links in Outlook open 'My Documents'?

It doesn't matter if it's an Internet URL link or an internal network UNC style link. If you click on any link it just opens the 'My Documents' folder? But if you copy & paste the link from Outlook to the browser, it works?

WindowsXP Pro SP1
OfficeXP SR2 (Outlook2002)

Anybody know the cause and solution?
