All Lines Appear & Ring but some sets don't ring

BCM200 Ver 4.0.2.03 There are no hunt groups in place (I think we need to go to that.) This just started happening a few weeks ago. Incoming lines will ring but some lines and set you have to press the button to answer and the set is not actually ringing.

try plugging in a working phone into the same jack see if you have the same issue but make sure set relocation is off
