Hi,
The scenario:
Incoming call are routed to the IVR (Voice mail pro with some port licenses)
All licensed Voice-mail pro resources are in use by incoming calls (IVR) or people listening his voicemail messages.
The event:
One new incoming call arrive, then (I believe) the call is drooped because at this moment there are not free IVR ports.
This behaviour is not good.
I Want:
To have the possibility to send the new call to on extension(the operator), in this overflow condition.
The question:
It is possible ?
Why ?
There are any configuration to don`t drop (hang) the new call ?
Thanks for any help
