all-in-one ecommerce company with advanced shipping rules?

What is the best all-in-one e-commerce solution? I have a business in which I have such small margin products that I have to ship thousands of items a week. I sell on eBay, Amazon's seller central, and Overstock.com. I also have drop shippers selling for me. I guess my main struggle is to find something that can deal with the very custom shipping rules so that I can have everything automated. Is there an all-in-one solution out there that can help me? Thanks for your advice.
