All in-coming calls ring at Presidents extension 2

I have inherited a Merlin Legend R3 processor with 2 408 GS/LS modules, one 007 MLM voice mail with 2 voice mail ports. We use the MLX20L console for changes and until now everything appears to be working OK except the presidents extension rings once for every call we receive. The system is on auto attendant day and night and all operator and time out calls are sent to a specific extension. What must I do to eliminate the calls going to the president’s extension? One last note the president’s extension in on port two, first 408 module.

Any help would be appreciated.

there must be lines or a pool ringing on his phone, and it will ring about a half to a whole ring befor the VM grabs it, if you have Immedeate autoattendant. To can go into centralized programming and make sure none of the lines on his pnone are programmed to ring.
