All forms lost

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I am building a little access database for a customer in Access 2003
Don't know what happend but all my forms are gone. Still can see the vba code but cann't acces them.
It came up will running compact and repair.
Looked in de map but there is no other file. I know that access makes a copy will compacting
Tried to make a new form and even that fails now.

PLEASE can anyone tell me if there anything i can do to mayby recover my work of to day.

Tell me even if this means that there is no solution.

Did you try importing all objects to a new db?

do you backup you DB when you make alterations?

Access 2003 has a recovery feature to restore to a previous version of your database. Just right click the icon for your database and click properties. Then click previous versions and you will have a list of all the previous versions of your database based on time and date. You can go back as far as you need to to restore your forms. Just be aware you will lose any updated information you may have also added since that previous version.

ProgramError: Yes, i got a backup but that from the start of the day. So a day work lost.

Itoldie: Tried what you wrote, but can find a the optoe previous version. Is there a optie i need to turn on before this solution will work in the future

For know i will do all the work again.
