All Email received & sent needs also sending to a manager

I am aware I can give this person access to other mailboxes but this solution is not suitable. I need to have any email received or sent by an employee to go to big brother? Any ideas on this are really appreciated.

Its called Journaling, search M$ and there is a instruction.

Journaling if you want them all in one place, or alt recipients if you want different user's mail to go to different managers.

thanks, I found this article on microsoft as per your advice:

you right click on the mail store and enable and point it at a mailbox. I set to administrator, then pointed administrator to forwarded to managers mailbox and worked a treat thanks for your time.
