All email errors 554

I run RedHat 9 with Plesk 7 Reloaded. Today I upgraded to 7.1.3 and now my email doesn't seem to work.

All email sent to my server bounces with:

Also, any email sent from the local SMTP errors with
554 mail server permanently rejected message just after DATA is sent.

Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
