All Cards Unknown - R8.1 system 1

Just had an old customer call me with an 8.1 IP500v2 that suddenly had their phones go dead. They are running a 500v2 with TCM8 cards and a PRI. The config is currently showing all cards unknown. Attempted upgrading to 8.1(95) from (69), but that didn't help. I'm assuming this is some sort of hardware fault? Solid reds on 1/9 on all cards. Hope to get them to switch to IP phones and toss out these old nortel sets, but any ideas on what could have caused this?

Unseat all cards and unplug all leads. Put one card in at a time and see if you can get it to boot.
